Eat Raw Food To Strengthen Your Immune System

Author:
Do you know wheat your Immune System is? Most people are unaware of how to keep a healthy immune system. Your Immune System is your illness and disease fighting army But if you don't know where it is you cannot keep it strong!
If you have chronic constipation or diarrhea you can bet that most of your immune system is ill!

What kills 80% of your Immune System faster than anything?

a. Eating prepackaged, pre-processed, fast foods.
b. Taking prescription or over-the-counter medications
c. Consuming foods or drink with artificial and/or food dyes, preservatives, aspartame, Splenda, sucralose corn syrup.

Two parts to that 80% Immune System

Dr. Edward Howell, a medical doctor who began extensively researching digestive tract nearly 70 years ago discovered the true mechanism of the largest part of your immune system.
Part I; the stomach - just the beginning of your digestive tract and if you fail to give it proper nutrients it breaks down and that in turn weakens the rest of your digestive tract!
What does the stomach do and what does it require to be healthy?

Stomach begins the breakdown of foods put into your body and beginning the function of all organs and systems. To do that it requires it Digestive Enzymes, known as "food of life or death"!
If the stomach has sufficient digestive enzymes and mixes with the foods properly then the pulverized food moves on into the intestinal portion of the digestive tract. Once pulverized food is combined with good bacteria (Probiotics and fiber) you have 80% of a immune system
working properly!

At 45 years and beyond your body looses its ability to produce its enzymes, making it necessary to include them in your daily diet.

Digestive enzymes come from plant foods you eat or from the pancreas. It is known that more than 75% of people have a sluggish pancreas making it highly unlikely that you will garner any from that part of the body! Even if you did if you have ever taken antibiotics, antacids drink, bath or cook with city tap water or use fluoride containing water or products your pancreatic enzymes are worthless. So it requires at least 80% of each meal be raw, unprocessed plant foods!

But today's modern processing and preserving techniques, such as boiling and pasteurization, destroy most of the enzymes that ever were in your food. Enzymes are also destroyed by exposure to air, exposure to light, alcohol consumption, temperatures over 118 degrees, caffeine, cigarette smoke, and prescription drugs. Parasites, pesticides, pollutants, ultra-violet radiation, and fluoridated water also destroy enzymes. This means that the majority of people are not getting sufficient digestive enzymes to keep their digestive tract healthy!

You should make very sure that you get enough enzymes and pro-biotics and fiber. Not doing so opens you to develop abdominal bloating, abdominal cramps, constipation, Crohn's disease, colitis, diarrhea, eczema, heartburn, indigestion, IBS, psoriasis, vitiligo other skin rashes, and possibly even colon or stomach or pancreatic cancer!

Why are raw foods so good for your body? Raw foods are enzyme rich, and it is enzymes which actually do the "digesting" of food. Eating cooked food requires your body to make up for the lack of enzymes so that we can digest properly.

The lesson is clear: if you eat nothing but cooked food long-term, your body inevitably stores excessive amounts of fat, and you gain weight and develop toxinsgatherinfat degenerative diseases. If you eat raw whole food long-term, you stay sleek and slim and live a healthier life.
All fats, proteins, and carbohydrates are converted into glucose. Thus, the slower food processing that happens by supplemental enzymes has a profound impact on weight maintenance because excess glucose levels can be avoided.

Enzymes are critical to the body's ability to repair and maintain itself. Enzymes are in fact like little "tools" which are required in every chemical reaction in the body. The pancreas is the body's primary enzyme and hormone factory, but it has a limited production potential when the body's ability to produce enzymes declines to insufficiency, the body breaks down for good. The pancreas has a lot of demands on it, and it prioritizes its production of enzymes. Food enzymes are the highest priority, because the body has to quickly dispose of what is put into it.

How can we get the same benefits of raw foods while eating cooked foods? Dr. Edward Howell investigated this question and found that the right kind of enzyme supplements provided the same type of functioning as if the foods were enzyme rich. The solution to the problem is to find the right kind of enzyme supplements to take with cooked and processed food to compensate for the ones removed from cooking. Sadly not all enzymes sold are beneficial; therefore it is essential to make sure you purchase quality processed plant enzymes.

The Second step requires sufficient quality probiotics.

Taking enzymes with food helps digest that food while probiotics help the intestines distribute the nutrients throughout the body without discomfort and pain. The combination of taking digestive enzymes with food for proper digestion and an empty stomach, which helps clean the bloodstream and turns two negative situations into two positives, thus giving our natural protectors (pancreas, liver and immune system) back it's normal everyday job and repairing full strength protecting you from outside illnesses and disease.

Story of Young Son - Being Judgmental

The train has started moving. It is packed with people of all ages, mostly with the working men and women and young college guys and gals. Near the window, seated an old man with his 30 year old son. As the train moves by, the son is overwhelmed with joy as he was thrilled with the scenery outside.. "See dad, the scenery of green trees moving away is very beautiful"

This behaviour from a thirty year old son made the other people feel strange about him. Everyone started murmuring something or other about this son."This guy seems to be a crack..." newly married Anup whispered to his wife. Suddenly it started raining... Rain drops fell on the travellers through the open window. The Thirty year old son, filled with joy "see dad, how beautiful the rain is  ..." Anup's wife got irritated with the rain drops spoiling her new suit. Anup," can't you see its raining, you old man, if your son is not feeling well get him soon to a mental asylum..and don't disturb public henceforth"

The old man hesitated first and then in a low tone replied " we are on the way back from hospital, my son got discharged today morning only, he was a blind by birth, last week only he got his vision, when his mother died she donated her beautiful eyes to him, therefore these rain and nature are new to his eyes... Please forgive us if we caused inconvenience to you."
And he stood up & shifted to the next compartment of the train with his son...........

The things we see may be right from our perspective until we know the truth. But when we know the truth, our reaction to that will hurt us. So try to understand the problem better before taking a harsh action.

Story of Braille - The Blind Kid

Braille was 10 years old when he was sent to a special boarding school for the blind. He was both intelligent and creative and wasn't going to let his disability slow him down.
The books for the blinds had large letters that were raised up off the page. Since the letters were so big, the books themselves were large and bulky.  It took him a long time to read a sentence. By the time he reached the end of a sentence, he almost forgot what the beginning of the sentence was about. Louis knew there must be a better way.
By the time Louis Braille was 12, something important happened. A soldier visited the school and showed children the military code called "night writing" which was used by soldiers to communicate after dark.  It was based on dots system.  Each dot or combination of dots stood for a letter or a phonetic sound.  This was a very complicated system, but it inspired Louis Braille to develop a six-dot system for the blind.
On his next vacation home, he sat in his father's leather shop and picked up one of his father's blunt awls. The idea came to him in a flash. Louis used the blunt awl to punch out a sentence using dots. He read it quickly from left to right. Everything made sense. It worked.
He worked on this system of six raised dots in different combinations, each combination corresponding to a letter of the alphabet. Because there were fewer dots, they could be "read" with one finger-tip.  Soon the benefits of the new system were realized. Today, Braille is used in almost every country in the world.

It is not an exaggeration to say that Braille is one of the most important innovations in history. True it does not affect the majority of people, but for anybody who has too poor eye-sight to read normal text, it is a vital link to the outside world.

Story of a Business Man Who Worked As a Cleaner

.

What MOPPING FLOORS And CLEANING TABLES
Taught Me About Life, Princeton And Harvard Could Not.

Third day after I landed in America, barely 16 years old.

New culture no friends. Walking around everywhere looking for a job i saw a sign at Burger King "HELP WANTED: APPLY WITHIN"...

I walked right in and met this pleasant Manager named John Reid.

After filling out my application and asking some common questions he offered me a job. $3.35 an hour. Before i could ask him what the job was, he says, You will be cleaning tables, Mopping the restaurant floors, and, oh yeah, you will be cleaning the Bathrooms as well.

When can you start ? I said tomorrow. Well, Tomorrow is fine Mir, be here at 6.30 your shift starts at 7 am till 4 pm.

A flurry of memories came through my mind.

The Pakistani arrogance was still embedded in me.
My Grandfather a Royalty From Deccan, The Mirs of Deccan, My Maternal Grandfather a Governor of 5 Provinces. Servants running around our house in Pakistan doing the things that i was asked to do. That was the moment which could have stopped my
ascent in America to own an Investment Bank on Wall Street one day had i given up my FIRST CHALLENGE. I accepted. Accepted with grace.

Every morning i would walk 4 miles from my sister's house through knee high snow to get to the burger king.

First day when i was mopping the floor wearing the
RIDICULOUS LOOKING Burger King Uniform, i started crying.

Literally crying thinking about what my life has come down to that I am a CLEANER now. Is this what i had come to America for.

All of a sudden the manager noticed tears in my eyes and came over to me. All OK Mir ? Yes John there is just too much ammonia in the bucket and its irritating my eyes...

Oh you will get used to it in a few days. It was not the Ammonia, It was my pain showing through my tears. The first thing i learned was that when life deals you a hand that you do not like, take it and make the best out of it.

Become Resilient. Become FOCUSED. Set your Goal and the goal was to make money for university fees. So i was doing it for a HIGHER CAUSE. I would work there till 4 pm and take my full time classes from 5.45 to 11.45 at night. On Saturdays and Sundays i would work at a Corporate Security Desk from 7 in the morning till 11 at night. 16 hours on Saturday and 16 hours on Sunday. Sitting in the security booth i had enough time to study because barely any employees came in on the weekends. So i had found a job where i was getting paid and doing my homework of the university. Next year i drove a Taxi the entire summer, Taking passengers from Somerset County to Newark Airport. All kinds of passengers, rude, happy, arrogant, irritated, overly talkative, outright obnoxious... You name it i had them.

At such a young age, i learned that ONE NEEDS TO MAKE A HOUSE BY THE SAME STONES THAT ARE THROWN AT HIM.

Meaning, whatever your situation is, you take the same situation and make it better. Never wait for the next better situation to come and lose the one you have on hand.
You need keep your eyes on the goals not on the ground.

No job is BENEATH YOU. If a human being is doing that job, than it means it is being done by a HUMAN BEING, and he is not BENEATH YOU so the job is not beneath you.

I learned so much about the burger king operations that when i was running the investment Bank looking for high profile American Billionaires to sit on my Board Of Directors, I met Joe Antoninus, Chairman of the $32 Billion dollar conglomerate, the first thing we had in common was that he ran that corporation where i was cleaning bathrooms.

I went up to him, introduced myself, Hi Joe, I am Mir Mohammad Ali

khan, Founder and Chairman Of KMS Investment Bank and my first job in America was washing bathrooms at one of your restaurants. He burst out into a laughter and all the top notch people, Bill Gates and Warren Buffet and Peter Lynch could not believe what i was saying.
Joe took me in the corner and said..Tell me honestly what did you like about cleaning bathrooms... I said..Ammonia. He laughed, How ? I said i hated it so much that i used to cry for the first week and every time somebody saw me crying, i would tell them that it was because of the Amonia. He could not stop laughing. We talked seriously for 2 hours and then and there he agreed to join my board for NO COMPENSATION and also brought 6 top colleagues of his

Forbes, Yablon, Mario Andretti and others to sit on my board.
The first meeting of the Board he said..I joined this board because if this immigrant kid can come from a family background that he has, washes bathrooms and smiles and tell us in a corporate meeting of leaders that he is proud of it then it means that he will go far ahead in life. At 29 he owns a bank imagine what he will do at 49...

MORAL Of The STORY.
Be Proud Of Every Job. That Same Job that you think is beneath you will open doors for you SO UP HIGH as long as you are not ASHAMED of your HARD WORK,
Any HONEST HARD WORK. And the first deal i did with Joe Antonini was a $980 Million Dollar Take over deal of a listed company called The Sports Authority, NYSE Listed Company. So In Actuality, That $3.35 An Hour Job, Done Honestly with a smile, resulted in getting me deal worth $980 Dollars with the GIANT LEADERS of CORPORATE AMERICA.

Never Think anything is beneath you.
NEVER.
