Frustrated?

rustration can cloud your thinking and make a frustrating situation even worse. Whenever you become frustrated, it pays to step back for a moment and look at the reality of what's going on.

You have available to you the energy, the ability, and the resources to meet your most difficult challenges and even to prosper in the face of them. You've done it before and you can do it now. See the positive possibilities. Redirect the substantial energy of your frustration and turn it into positive, effective, unstoppable determination.
