Many have psychological problems. Be it addiction, fear, depression, trauma, phobia, or a ‘problem state’ behaviors’ and emotional outbursts. The major cause for this is a narrowing of the focus of attention so as we exclude other good factors and followed by activation of the negative imagination

Distinguish between what we think and what we feel. Sometimes it actually doesn't matter what a person thinks if their actions are actually determined by their feelings and conditionings.

It's the age old difference between what we know we should be doing and what we actually feel like doing. We know we should exercise, but the TV beckons. We know we should be strong, but we feel weak.

We know that regularly consuming fruit and vegetables can add years to our lives and energy and health to those years of our lives, but… well, we wouldn't do it be so much better. Have we actually enjoyed eating the healthy stuff? This is not to say that we shouldn't enjoy or we are not strong and just eat what is good for us. Blessed are the people who enjoy taking healthy stuff.

A highly positive experience should be stored to encourage us to seek out more similar experiences. A highly negative experience should be stored so that we can take great care to avoid such experiences in future.

We can change mind to learn and to enjoy that would be good. This is very easy.

We may have developed a pessimistic attitude to life may be in response to our past experiences, or influences by the culture of cynicism and skepticism around us. But it is still possible to cultivate a new optimism, and actually learn to expect the best.

We may have some live examples around us of pessimistic people, who expected things not to go well for them, consistently miss positive opportunities, even when these are put in front of them in the most dramatic way possible. It is as if they become 'blind' to opportunities.

Memory is a 'mixed blessing'. A store of good memories is a wonderful thing to be able to draw upon. The pleasures of the past can bring us much satisfaction in the present. Even bad memories have their uses, because we can learn from them, and so improve our futures. But when our memories have strong emotional associations, they need to be carefully handled for they should not disturb our present and future lives.

The easiest way to overcome ingrained attitudes and outmoded behavior patterns is to avail the power to change our mind.

Establish an optimum learning state in mind and brain. We will discover a new and positive use for our carefully honed skills of skepticism.

Understand all about unconscious mind. Use the very latest scientific understandings of how the human brain processes memory and emotion. We should have the easiest and most effective way to access and modify the unconscious processes by which we assign significance to events.

By a profoundly relaxing deep trance state, we will find that we can comfortably and easily take out any past experience or memory whose emotional grip on us has been holding us back in life. We can completely change in our feelings about those memories and emotions. We will be able to really let the past go and turn to our bright future.

The key to this emotional freedom, allowing us to say goodbye to the past, let it go, and move on with our life, is using the very same mechanism which set up the association in the first place - the combined forces of imagination and emotion

It is a wonderful feeling to be reminded of our good qualities; this can carry us through difficult times, improve our self confidence and make us feel surer of ourselves.

Now at this time, instead of being at the mercy of events, we are in control, actively choosing the association that will best serve our purpose in finding freedom to engage with the future. When we know what to do, we can actively and significantly reduce the emotional impact of past unhappy events.

So why not give it a try? Help yourself, appreciate yourself more, feel better about yourself and improve your confidence. Building your self esteem will affect all areas of your life - work, social and most importantly, your relationship with yourself.

"Life is one of those races in nursery school where you have to run with a small lemon in a spoon kept in your mouth. If the lemon falls, you are out. Same with life, where mind and health are the lemon and spoon.

Don't take life seriously. Life is not to be taken seriously, as we are really temporary here. We are like a pre-paid card with limited validity. If we are lucky, we may last another 50 years. And 50 years is just 2,500 weekends.

When mind is healthy – body is healthy – just - ENJOY - ENJOY – ENJOY.

LITTLE CHANGE CAN HAVE PROFOUD EFFECT
