Alhamdulillah, today I was able to get 1 Year Multiple Entry Saudi Arabia Tourism Visa through KSA MOFA portal. The overall process took 15 minutes of time.
I am sharing this blog as a guidance to help you secure the same.
PROCESS FOR 1 YEAR MULTIPLE ENTRY TOURISM / UMRAH VISA
Before you start the process, please keep the below with you:
1- Valid Passport copy
2- Valid UAE Residency Visa copy
3- White background passport size picture
4- Bank Card for online payment
Step-1
Visit MOFA Website: Visa platform (mofa.gov.sa)
Choose “Individuals Login”
Step-2:
See “Login of Individual Visitors to Saudi Arabia” section and click “Register”
On next page you will see different options. Choose that is relevant to you (I chose GCC resident visa option). Once you fill in the information, their system will send you email for activation.
Step-3
Check your email and activate your account
Step-4
Start your application by clicking “Add A New Application”
Step-5
Fill in your information
Note: I am not sure what “Saudi Mission In” means, I chose Abu Dhabi. You can use Dubai if your visa is from Dubai
Step-6
Upload the Passport and UAE Visa Copy and fill in the rest of the information.
Note: Choose the “Occupation” that is close to what is mentioned on your UAE Visa.
Step-7
Fill in information for Insurance and click Save
Step-8
- Payment for Application Fee (39.82 AED)
- Payment for Medical Insurance Service Fee (39.82 AED)
- Payment for Medical Insurance (You can choose any insurance plan that suits you, minimum is 46.24 AED)
- Payment for Visa Fee (307.23 AED)
Once all 4 payments are done, you will see below screen.
Step-9
Check your email
Congratulations on getting your Umrah Visa. Alhamdolillah. Please remember me, my parents and my family in your previous prayers.

GUIDANCE FOR 1 YEAR MULTIPLE ENTRY FOR YOUR FAMILY/DEPENDENTS
Step-1
Go to your profile main page and note down your application number
Step-2
Click On Add A New Application
Step-3:
Accept the Terms and Conditions
Step-4:
Again Accept the Terms and Conditions
Step-5:
Fill in the information for your dependents
Note-1: If your spouse is house-wife, the system will not show housewife option in the occupation section. In this case the help line (8000 1830 142) has suggested to use the same occupation as yours. Also another friend has used "Child Care Worker" and he was able to secure the visa for his wife.
Note-2: When you enter the date of birth of your dependent , you will see below section, highlighted in blue
In this section fill in your application number (Step-1 of this section) and proceed for the rest of the application
