Chinese Advice

Because none of us have many years to live, and we can't take along anything when we go, so we don't have to be too thrifty.

Spend the money that should be spent, enjoy what should be enjoyed, donate what you are able to donate, but don't leave all to your children or grandchildren, for you don't want them to become parasites who are waiting for the day you will die!!

DON'T WORRY about what will happen after we are gone, because when we return to dust, we will feel nothing about praises or criticisms. The time to enjoy the worldly life and your hard earned wealth will be over!

DON'T WORRY too much about your children, for children will have their own destiny and should find their own way. Don't be your children's slave. Care for them, love them, give them gifts but also enjoy your money while you can. Life should have more to it than working from the cradle to the grave!!

DON'T EXPECT too much from your children. Caring children, though caring, would be too busy with their jobs and commitments to render much help.

Uncaring children may fight over your assets even when you are still alive, and wish for your early demise so they can inherit your properties and wealth.

Your children take for granted that they are rightful heirs to your wealth; but that you have no claims to their money.

50-year olds, don't trade in - your health for wealth, by working yourself to an early grave anymore. Because your money may not be able to buy your health.

When to stop making money, and how much is enough  ?

(A HUNDRED thousand, One million, ten million,One billion )?
Out  of thousand hectares of good farm land, you can consume only three quarts (of rice) daily; out of a thousand mansions, you only need eight square meters of  space to rest at night.

So, as long as you have enough food and enough money to spend, that is good enough. You should live happily. Every family has its own problems.

Just DO NOT COMPARE  with others for fame and social status and see whose children are doing better etc., but challenge others for happiness, health, enjoyment, quality of  life and longevity.

DON'T WORRY about things that you can't change because it doesn't help and it may spoil your health.

You have to create your own well-being and find your own place of happiness.

As long  as you are in good mood and good health, think about happy things, do happy things daily and have fun in doing, then you will pass your time happily every day.

One day passes WITHOUT happiness, you will lose one day.
One day passes WITH happiness and then you gain one day.

In good spirit, sickness will cure;
In a happy spirit, sickness will cure faster;
in high and happy spirits, sickness will never come.

With good mood, suitable amount of exercise, always in the sun, variety of foods, reasonable amount of vitamin and mineral intake, hopefully you will live another 20 or 30 years of  healthy life of pleasure.

Learn to cherish the goodness around... and FRIENDS........... They all make you feel young and "wanted"... without them you are surely to feel lost !!

World's First Office Paper making System Turns Waste Into Paper

World's First Office Papermaking System Turns Waste Into Paper

It's normally done in a warehouse facility with giant machinery that isn't exactly office-friendly, though - so in this way, PaperLab is unique (unless you count the White Goat, which converts office paper into toilet paper).

Epson has a new product model, and it's so common sense we wonder why no one else has tried to make what the company is calling the world's first dry-process, in-office paper production system. The machine then turns out sheets of A4 of A3 size, with the user able to define the density and thickness for everything from printer paper to business cards. With this in mind, the company set out to develop technology that would change the paper cycle. The machine has been named Paper Lab by the company and it plans to launch commercial production of the same in Japan in the year 2016 itself. Companies sometimes hire contractors to handle this if they're not shredding the documents themselves, but PaperLab can apparently breaks down documents into paper fibers in the recycling process.
The company says it developed PaperLab in consideration of the universal appeal of paper alongside that fact that this essential tool is produced from a limited resource. After you've loaded waste paper in and press start, PaperLab takes about three minutes to produce the first new sheet of paper, Epson says.
We'll keep you updated if we hear any further news on when this machine will be making its way to markets outside Japan.
Epson will be showcasing the PaperLab at Tokyo's Eco-Products exhibition running December 10 to 12. Ordinarily it takes about a cup of water to make a single A4 sheet of paper.
Types: Office paper, business card paper, and other paper of various thicknesses.
The company also points out that recycling paper onsite shrinks and simplifies the recycling loop.
As a result of its Dry Fiber Technology, Epson says that the PaperLab won't require plumbing, which should make installation easier, though it will still require a small amount of water to create humidity inside the machine.
Using an original mechanism, waste paper is transformed into long, thin cottony, fibres.
Even with the efficiency of today's digital communications, the modern office still churns through its fair share of paper.
A variety of different binders can be added to the fibrised material to increase the binding strength or whiteness of the paper or to add colour, fragrance, flame resistance.

Mother Don't Cry, I am Not Hungry

Picture is enough to tell a big story of this materialistic world.
All are not lucky like us. Give value to that what you have got in life.
There are lots of kids around us who are struggling to meet their basic needs of life. We really want do something for them but if we think about the statistics we come to know that such children can be counted in thousands. Hope we will find them and try to give our helping hands.
It is in the psyche of an ordinary
human
to get emotionally disturbed by such visuals. We feel sad and then forget it after reaching the next post
on facebook or next moving on to next website
. But the bottom line is that we are al

shameless
powerless
people to do anything concrete for them. Isnt it right that our consciences are dead that we dont care about such causes PROPERLY!

At least we can contribute a small amount to such people and families. But will this small amount sustain them for two days? Dont they deserve more attention from us?
If anyone can bring about any true change, then it is the Parliament which is the collective conscience of the Nation.

World's First Phone You Can Wash With Soap

Waterproof phones are nice for hygiene since you can always give them a light wash. KDDI and Kyocera went a step further and introduced the Digno Rafre – the world's first soap-proof phone. That's right, you can use soap to make sure the phone is as clean as it looks.
The Rafre has been specifically rated for hot water resistance at 43° (hot water is not included in the usual IP ratings, of which the Rafre has IP58). And, and!.. it comes with a rubber ducky dock, which floats in the bathtub. "Netflix and chill" just got waterborne. Or, you know, kids can play with it, or something.

The Digno Rafre comes in Navy Blue, Cashmere White and Coral Pink. The touchscreen will work even when wet and it's guarded by Dragontrail X glass against accidents. The phone itself is shock-proof (MIL-SSTD-810G) to survive its young potential owners.
The specs include a 5" 720p screen, Android 5.1 Lollipop, 2GB of RAM and 16GB storage (with a microSD slot) and a 13MP camera. It supports 4G LTE and WiMAX plus VoLTE and its 3,000mAh battery should last over 20 hours of VoLTE calls.

Kyocera's Digno Rafre is launching on KDDI next Friday for JPY 57,420 ($465/€440).

Empowering Through Prayer

One of the best ways to assist your evolution into higher consciousness and
stabilize your sixth sense so that you become an evolved being is to pray.
Prayer immediately raises your personal vibration and ushers more light into
your body, opens your heart, which in turn activates your sixth sense

and connects you with your Higher Self. Prayer isn't complicated or difficult. It is simply the practice of communicating on an intimate
heart-to-heart level with your Creator.

When you pray you ask your personal ego to step aside and you surrender
your personal energy over to a Higher Power

 The God
, asking it to work through you,to bring about balance and healing. Prayer allows Divine power to do for you what your own personal power and resources operating on a five sensory
level can't. Just in case you don't already know this, in blind study after blind study,
research shows that prayer works, so
even science confirms that prayer is probably a good idea.

Prayer heals. Prayer calms. Prayer strengthens. Prayer balances and
restores order. Prayer attracts solutions that we could never imagine possible,
which is what we call miracles
!!!

Prayer is such a personal and intimate connection with Divine Source
 The God
that the right way to pray is in whatever way you personally intuitively feel
moved to pray. After all, prayer, like everything else soulful, is an art, and
 your prayer is your art.

The other day I went to my computer to log onto the Internet for something and
much to my dismay there was something wrong with my computer and I couldn't
establish the connection I had wanted to. I felt frustrated and really disappointed that I
was unable to gain access to this vast and free resource when I really needed it.

Praying is very similar to logging on to the Internet, only better. It is spiritually
logging on to Divine Wisdom, the ultimate resource for needed support and guidance.
Like everything else that connects us to our sixth sense, prayer is most effective when
practiced. That means we should pray all the time, until it becomes automatic.

Pray when you first wake up in the morning.
 Pray when you
 plan to
take a shower. Pray before your drink your morning coffee and when you drive to work.
Pray for direction, for the easiest and best way to get through your day.
Pray for inspiration, and for your health.
Pray for success in your projects and for patience when those around you get on your nerves.
Pray for forgiveness and an open heart.
Pray for the answer to your problems and where to find your car keys.
Pray for creative inspiration and for better health.
Pray to release the past and to open your mind and heart to a better future.
Pray for the willingness to let go of the old and outdated and reach out for something new.
 Pray for understanding.
 Pray for faith.
 Pray for peace.
Pray for a happy heart in spite of everything. That's just for starters.
Pray for your family, your job, and your co-workers.
Pray for your enemies and your competition.
And most of all, pray for the world and world peace.
In fact, pray for everything you can think of.

When you pray you instantly raise your personal vibration to a higher and
more harmonious energy pattern. This higher vibration has a healing effect on
your physical and emotional body. It calms your anxiety, soothes your nerves, and
eases your tension. It has helped relieve high blood pressure, lift depression, and cure
sickness, although the scientists aren't sure how.

Prayer is basic training for anyone who wants to become a six-sensory being.
It not only opens you up to receiving assistance from a higher power, it also relieves
you of the stress of "figuring things out" for yourself. Prayer simply turns things
 over to Divine Source
 The God,
for solution and takes the pressure off of you. One of the hallmarks of a six sensory being is the absence of worry over how things will work out.
There are no instructions when it comes to prayer. Pray whenever you feel like it,
about anything you feel like, and in whatever way you feel like.

Don't worry if you are doing it right. God knows better than you, what you mean and need.
The point of prayer is not so much what you pray for, or how, because we are
often confused when we pray, but that in praying we are allow for Divine Spirit to
enter into our hearts and into our lives to straighten things out. The beauty of prayer is
that with it God does straighten things out and always better than
we could have asked for or imagined.

What is the 100-day Stepathlon programme?

Stepathlon is a pedometer based, mass participation event for companies across all industries and countries which aims to break the 'cycle of sedentary behaviour' and transform the sedentary into active, and the active into more active. It encourages walking 10,000 steps a day, the number recommended by Global Health Authorities in order to stay 'active'.
Behavioural scientists note that it takes approximately 66 days to create a habit. We have therefore specifically chosen 100 days for Stepathlon, which provides not only immediate positive impact but is designed to create habitual change impacting long-term health benefits.
We were delighted with the plethora of positive feedback that we received from participants. The post event survey for Stepathletes suggests that 77% of participants lost weight during the programme. Other results include reduced smoking and alcohol intake, decreased stress levels and increased energy plus fitness levels.
Who should undergo it – obese people or just about anyone who wants to shed some kilos?
The Stepathlon tag line is 'anyone anywhere anytime'.  Our brand encourages the everyday athlete – the 99% of the people who don't run marathons. It is for everyone irrespective of age, gender, designation, location and fitness level. There are so many advantages, of which weight loss is a significant one.
What diet will people have to follow when undergoing this programme?
Stepathlon is a wellness movement that emphasises daily activity and healthy eating habits. While there is no prescribed diet, Stepathletes have access to a plethora of simple and relevant expert content on health and wellness to help them in this endeavour. This includes information on a balanced and healthy diet.
How can 10,000 steps a day make you fitter? Is that all people have to do or do they also have to hit the gym apart from walking 10K steps?
According to Global Health Authorities, 10,000 steps (6.4 km) is the prescribed number to place an individual in the 'active' and 'fit' category.
This can be achieved by anyone, anywhere, any time and so, participants will not need to supplement their steps with any additional gym time. Stepathlon allows individuals to achieve a healthy and active lifestyle within their time and space constraints.
Many people do not realise how little they need to do to be markedly fitter, healthier and happier. Thirty minutes of walking every day can reduce your exposure to type II diabetes, heart disease, obesity and many other chronic diseases. Through consistent positive reinforcement, everyone can achieve the 10,000 daily steps requirement.
How does one keep a count of the number of steps they walk? Is there any app or device that you recommend to count them?
Stepathlon uses a pedometer, a step counting device, to count a participant's daily steps. A participant can play sports or participate in other activities. The Stepathlon website uses a unique formula to convert such physical activities into steps, giving an individual a chance to measure their activity levels. It also gives individuals the opportunity to track their daily statistics (steps walked, km travelled, calories burnt). For example,   it takes 2309 steps to walk off a can of Coke but it only takes 1714 steps to walk off a glass of orange juice.
Note: for most of the android phones you can download pedometer application and start using it free of cost.

Click below link to chose any pedometer application.

Please also note that most of the Samsung phones, the step counter is already
built-in application which you can use.

Life is tough but you have to face the challenges in this small journey which is called life. Different ups and downs come, sometimes the situations get worse but we never think that if there were no sorrows in life then would the life would be adventurous or enjoyable. I personally don't think so. Because the happiness always come after a hard struggle.

EXCEL: Using AND Function

AND Function - Check if All Arguments are True

The AND function in Excel checks if every argument you put in it evaluates to TRUE.  If everything evaluates to TRUE, then the function will return TRUE, otherwise, even if only one argument is FALSE, the function will return the value FALSE.
This is the sister function to the OR function.
This is a very useful function and it is often used in conjunction with an IF statement in order to make more powerful logical tests in Excel.
Logical test: a logical test is any time you want to see if something is greater than, less than, equal to, or not equal to another thing.  Think of logical tests as anything that uses these operators: =, <, >, <>, >=, <=

Syntax

=AND(logical1, [logical2], etc.)
Argument Description
Logical1 This is the first argument or condition that you want to check to see if it evaluates to TRUE or not.  You do not need more than this 1 argument in the function.
[Logical2] etc. This argument is optional.  This would be another condition that you wanted to check to see if it evaluated to TRUE or FALSE.
You can have up to 255 conditions in this function if you are in Excel 2007 or later.
[] means it is an optional argument.
Each argument must evaluate to either TRUE or FALSE in order for this function to work.

Basic Example - Testing Numbers

Here, I want to show you how the function works by testing out numbers and making simple tests so you can better understand how this works.

The values in column A are all displayed in column B.
You can see the logical operators that you can use and that you can have multiple logical tests or arguments or just 1.

AND Function with Text

Here, we will compare text as well as numbers.  In this example, I will use cell references in the AND function instead of hard coding the values into the function.

You can see that checking text works just like checking numbers and you can also see that this check is case insensitive, which means that it does not matter if text is upper case or lower case or mixed case, it can still match.

AND Function Inside an IF Statement

Now, let's perform a check and output something other than TRUE or FALSE.  For this, we can use the IF statement.

=IF(AND(A1>B1,A2="yes"),"Proceed","Stop")
In cell C4 you can see the formula that is in cell C3.  We use the AND function to tell us if cell A1 is greater than cell B1 AND cell A2 equals "yes".  If both logical tests evaluate to true, we want to output Proceed and if any one of the logical test evaluates to false, we want to output Stop.
This is where the AND function really comes in handy and allows us to make much more useful formulas in Excel.

Notes

The AND function is quite simple all by itself but it is vital to creating more complex formulas in Excel.  Learn how to use this function well, especially in conjunction with the IF statement.
Make sure to download the workbook that accompanies this tutorial so you can see the examples in the worksheet.
