Finally, Employee O gets the same task. O uses Q’s guide, then thinks bigger: sets up a shared drop-off shelf + labels and a tracker so deliveries don’t require a person every time. The manager says, “Outstanding.”

Difference?
A completed the task. B improved the team outcome. Q created reusable knowledge. O removed the repeated problem by building a lasting solution—this is initiative in action.
