Good mind, good find.
In order to stay positive your brain needs consistent positive thoughts. Thoughts are like seeds. A good quality seed results in good outcome. On the contrary, even with extra care, a bad seeds is most likely to fail turning into a good plant. Back to the topic, thoughts are repetition of words in conscious as well as unconscious mind. You need to empower your thinking patterns by practicing 'positive reading' and 'optimistic speaking'  which will result in happier and healthier body, mind and soul. Off course, only words cannot change your circumstance but your response to your circumstances is linked with the quality of your thoughts.

Quality of your thoughts determines the degree of peace of mind and index of your happiness.  Quality of thoughts determines how you 'settle down' your past (in your brain), how you respond to the present and how you plan the future.

Garbage in, garbage out. You need to ensure you are feeding your brain positively and wisely. Here is what you need to do starting today to improve your thoughts process:

1- Read wise quotes, inspirational short stories and success articles. Subscribe to meaningful Facebook pages and unsubscribe junk (poetry, funny videos, political talk shows etc.)
2- Stay away from polluted souls. Choose your friends carefully
3- Build positive vocabulary and use these in your day to day conversations.
4- Practice gratitude. At the end of each day, think about all the positive things of your day and genuinely say thank-you to God.

Need success and happiness? Work on your thoughts! Positive thoughts, awesome effects! Your personality should portray your positive mindset. The people around you should seeing you as an optimistic, happier and fresh person.
