Employee feedback has become a highly effective tool for the consistent enhancement of departments and companies, regardless of the business type. While systems like Gallup® and Six Sigma® are established in several global companies, many SOHOs (Small Office/Home Office) and SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) can use free templates to gather employee feedback. This feedback provides insights into both general and specific issues, offering opportunities for improvement.
To assist in this process, I have created a generic Employee Feedback Template. This template can be used by managers, supervisors, team leads, and leadership to evaluate staff at the department or company level, focusing on professional working conditions, learning and exposure, growth, and the overall environment of the organization. To maintain the confidentiality and privacy of employees, online survey services like SurveyMonkey.com can be used, where the questions below can be copied to receive feedback from your audience.
